THE SOLUTION
- Toast worked with Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai to build their tone of voice and brand look and feel. Using this Toast build a strong and engaging content calendar with powerful posts.
- Created a social media strategy to ensure the account is fully optimised.
- Toast increased the content, to feature more carousels and reels.
THE RESULTS
- In the first six months of working on the account, the Instagram profile saw followers increase by 18%.
- The profile reaches a monthly average of 24K accounts. The account has a monthly average engagement rate of 9%. Note that a good engagement rate is between 1% and 5%.
- When looking at the year-on-year results, covers have increased by 51%. Toast Marketing took over the social accounts from July 2022.
